MVP

Pat

Rodgers

Russ

Derrick Henry and Alvin Kamara and anyone else.

Herbert will be OROY tho Jefferson deserves a look other than that ill look at the rest tomorrow. Not sure who is DPOY but as always Aaron Donald is the best defensive player in the league. Not sure on DROY but Jeremy Chinn is a baller even before this week.

Tomlin’s gotta be COY with no close 2nd so far.

Kamara's stock has taken a hit with Brees out. They've got the TE QB monstrosity vulturing short yardage TDs and Kamara's not getting many targets lately either. I'd put Rodgers ahead of Mahomes by an inch. Gruden and Payton may get COY consideration.

I’m hearing you as someone who is in six FF leagues but I think you’re looking at MVP too much through the fantasy discussion. Obviously it’s tough for NFL cuz if we’re being honest the top like 7-10 “MVPs” or whatever are QBs but if we’re really trying to reward other spots I think it’s Henry, AK, Aaron Donald, and Davante Adams (who’s missed a few games and obviously isn’t outlier enough to earn it even if healthy, he’s just been obviously the best WR in the league this year)

But you’re nuts on the mvp point. I try to resist the “Mahomes is best QB ever” narrative as much as anyone here but he’s obviously the MVP this season by any objective measure imo.

Not long enough at all but I can actually see that

I’ll be honest, Vegan is a career Rodgers hater and him putting AR over Pat for MVP just threw off my entire expected response post. Nice work by vegan

If Mahomes secures another regular season MVP and merely makes a second SB appearance, are people still gonna suggest he’d be shit in the Bears offense?!?

I didn't see this. I def used fantasy language about Kamara but there's still real world consequences for Taysom eating into his running numbers when it comes to awards.

I don't why you think it's nuts to say Rodgers can beat Mahomes for MVP. Five more TDs on about 40 fewer attempts. Same completion percentage and better QB rating. Equally successful teams. You know how I feel about the Packers being pretenders but in terms of numbers it's not clear at all that Mahomes so far and above someone like Rodgers, as you insist.

You’re responding to a post from almost three weeks ago. It’s gotten closer but Mahomes is still the front runner.

A Rod is easily more important to his team, but Mahomes is the clear league MVP.

I don't think so. Rogers has more TD and less picks. That typically gets it done.

Obviously I’m an A-Rod guy but it’s Mahomes and it should be.

Yeah, now he does. Not at the time those posts were made.

Agree though that Rodgers moves into lead dog in this race now though. Hope he gets it

It was close enough going into this week that I think it’s fair to swing it now

Dude you've been off here. Rodgers had more TDs of last week. Welcome to the party. You're late.

But not less picks so my post was still accurate. Only thing I've been off on was the three week comment cuz my high ass read Nov 30th and Nov 20th on my phone.

Time to edit your signature my friend.

The nerds and their acronyms say 2020 Rodgers > the best Mahomes season we've seen.

Pretty good

Sounds like just about everybody has come around to see what I saw... Rogers got this MFer in the bag.

#2 Henry
#3 is a toss up between Allen - Mahomes.

Rodgers will probably win anyway, but it would be something if that sure TD drop yesterday ends up being the difference.

When is FF going to apologize to 312 and me for calling us crazy to think MVP was Rodgers over Mahomes. We said this in November if I recall correctly. Still not clear who will win but it's FAR closer than FF thought it would be.
