That was actually in INCREDIBLE play by Carr to step up in the face of all that and make that throw. Most guys would not have done that. Great protection too.

Williams did not make a mistake in blitzing. I've been pissed off all year at teams letting off the gas and allowing teams to march down the field with no pressure. You GOTTA blitz.

The problem on that play wasnt the blitz. The problem was that they only used 9 or 10 guys on the play, and not 11. Watch the play, and you'll see that one LB didnt blitz, nor go back into coverage. That guy shoulda been helping in the back. Therefore making it a 6 or 7 man blitz.

But people are acting as if he shoulda only brought 3 or 4 guys. Fuck that. You dont give all the time in the world for somebody to set up and make a throw from 45 yards out.

Adam Gase is an idiot punk coach, like whats-his-face for the Bears, who should not be firing someone older and more experienced than him just because of 1 play.

Fuck Adam Gase. And give credit to Carr. That was an exceptional play on his part. You bring that play against 30 other teams in the same situation, guaranteed not more than 2 or 3 of them would hit a score on that play.
