Will Club Dub return after this truly momentous victory?

Pace, Nagy, now all pro Mitch. Who stays, goes after this year? Then the eventual trio to take their place. Whatever happens George & Ted will screw it up. Hate to be negative about it. How can a Bear's fan not be?

Here’s the crazy thing about the NFL and playoffs: when the Bears lost to put them at 5-3, they dropped out of the playoffs. Since then, they’ve gone 1-3 and are still somehow just a game out of the playoffs. If they beat the Vikings and the Cardinals lose, they’re in. And then they get the hapless Jags and a final game against the Packers, who might be resting their starters.

Man, that's bleak. This 7 seed was such a bad idea. It punishes the 2 seed and it punishes Blob of Mediocrity teams.

I think they at least have a shot at beating Tim Boyle since we’ll have the 1 seed clinched

Are the Bears starting Kendall Gill at quarterback?

Mitch ain’t bad. Gonna make this entire regime look silly when he’s excelling with the Pats next year

The Bears will have to win out to even have a chance. The Cardinals next 3 opponents are the Eagles, 49ers, and Rams. I bet they go 2-1

True. No good team would lose to the Eagles.

Mitch actually showed some progress on one play he rolled out and you could see he really wanted to force it downfield, but instead hit the wide open TE for a first down, baby steps.

Lazor called a much more Mitch friendly game and the line looks better without Whitehair playing center. Guess Nagy screwed up that evaluation as well.

The front 7 loves to get up field and totally lose gap and edge discipline, it worked against a terrible Texans team, but good offensive teams will continue to gash them. There were several times yesterday when the OLB jumped inside, completely vacating the edge allowing Watson to escape the pocket. These guys are just trying to pad stats at this point.

but he is that bad. They were playing the Texans. This was a Bears win all the way. Mitch is still terrible, as the next few games will show.

Glad to see the coaching staff finally found Kmet. He's getting a huge percentage of snaps lately, which he has earned. There is a marked difference in the effort he puts in to each play when compared to Graham.

it seemed before that he had some key drops. But Dr. Ken has been in his corner for a while....

Montgomery getting 11 carries in a blowout really is all I need to know about Nagy as a coach.

My initial reaction to this statement is that I dont remember Dr. Ken saying much about Kmet.

I did a search on here and couldn't find anything from Doc on Kmet.

Enlighten us.

Yeah, I think he was either trying to work on stuff or pad Mitch's stats, as he should have been doing nothing but running in the 4th qtr. Funny thing is, Mitch's stats stunk in the second half, though it didn't matter as long as he didn't turn the ball over.
