I can rarely sleep past 5:15 any more.

Same, it may be Winter/Christmas/Holiday Break but I'm still up that early as well.

I have a horrible time waking up any time between 5:30 and 8. I was a night owl until I got to my late 40s and couldn't do meaningful work at night and still be useful the next day. Working until 2am in a hotel room and then being at a client site at 8:30 was pretty normal, although I usually took a nap for an hour before dinner.

These days I try to wake up at 4:30 for two straight days (usually Tue/Wed) and then I only try to wake up before a 9am alarm the other days. One of the perks of no longer working five days a week.
