It’s between him and Mahomes for strongest arm for sure.

And Herbert too.. Allen can throw 100 yards I believe. I've seen Mitch take 5 steps and couldn't make it to endzone from the 50 on a hail mary.

 Josh Allen might have the strongest arm in the nfl, that’s true. There’s not a fucking chance he can throw it 100 yards.

I saw something last year where a teammate said he saw him throw goal line to goal line. I know he launched an 80 plus yarder in college.

He can throw 80 probably. There’s a 0% chance he can throw 100. That’s a significant difference. If his teammate said that his teammate lied, and it was a pretty obvious lie.

He completed an 83 yarder in college..

Ok. That doesn’t change anything I posted. Nobody in history has been able to throw 90 yards, let alone 100. That’s just nonsensical talk.

If Allen could throw 100 yards or even close to it that would be huge fucking news and we would all know about it.

I agree.

C'mon. Nobody can throw it 100 yards. It's impossible. Elway and Favre had the best arms that I've ever seen. I'm guessing they could throw it 70 yards in their prime. Maybe 75.

Here's Favre throwing 74 yards in a skills challenge
https://youtu.be/7woddyXRhqA

Heres Rodgers throwing 74 yards in a game. which is the longest attempt ever.
https://youtu.be/N4NesDjy258

Rodgers may have the greatest arm of all time....

Yeah. I left out Rodgers. Actually, Jay Cutler could probably throw it 75 as well. He had a hell of an arm.

If he had better mechanics yea. His longest pass was 65 yards while in Denver.

Ok. That's in a game. That was Cutler's best.

Just saying, in a practice, where Cutler, Rodgers, Elway an Favre are just launching with a running start and no pressure, they all hit 75.

You know who has a pretty good arm and doesn't get the credit for it? Ryan Tanihill. I remember a long throw he made with the Dolphins. Had to be near 70. And he did it with ease.

Quick google suggests 75yds. I’m sure there’s some rando like jamarcus russell who can launch it, but people may be downplaying how long 240ft (with a football) actually is.

A baseball player gunning a guy down from that distance is impressive.

Mahomes threw 78 at his pro day..Theres also a vid of Allen throwing 78 or so. Vinny Testaverde threw a ball like 83 yards or something like that in a skills competition. Cant find the vid tho lol

When Allen and Mahomes throw it 80 they are taking 2 or 3 steps..like a regular throw, if they took a couple more steps and threw for distance they might hit 95-100 yards. Ive3seen Allen and Mahomes throw it 50 effortlessly across their body.

Russ has a real strong arm too.

I saw Mitch try a hail mary from the 50 and couldn't hit the endzone..it landed at the 3. He took like 6 running steps too.

I love that you’re double downing on someone reaching 100. That’s ridiculous

Allen and Mahomes are going to have a competition for charity in the spring..well see. I know Mahomes said " it will take AT LEAST 85 yards to win"
