Huge failures in pro personnel and pro scouting, most notably at the QB position. Watching Mustipher and Bars come off the ball, stay low and actually neutralize the DT after two seasons of watching Daniels stand straight up and get blown back into the backfield is alarming because Pace/Nagy should have put these guys out there long ago. Sticking with Anthony Miller after he put a half ass effort into learning the plays killed the offense at times.

Will not get into the failures at QB, there is no reason to think Pace will be able to find a QB after whiffing time after time.
