In no particular order.

Running Patterson out of the backfield.
That TE Jet Sweep.
Backing into the playoffs after a loss to a division rival. THE division rival.
The pitiful 3rd quarter scoring.
The 6 game losing streak.
2 early wins that probably should have been losses.
Showing blitz with a linebacker then expecting him to get back in coverage against one of the fastest players in the league.
Routinely scheming 3rd and long passes that complete in the backfield.
Planning the only asset Trubiski has, his legs, right out of the game plan.
Undisciplined play by the defense.

There's plenty more. For example not really playing the best o line that pace game them until injuries forced it. Micromanagement by Nagy. Stuff like that.

Failure on both sides of the ball should be enough. Pace should be the first Firing.

I think Pace should be fired and if the new GM wants to keep Nagy then that is is fine. Must no damn mandate to keep him.

Seems like GMs like to keep the coach because then they basically get to hire two more of their own after he inevitably fires the inherited one.

Interesting how the "experts" who have been extolling Nagy's ability to develop team culture and now instantly changing their opinions? It is obvious that many of the players Pace/Nagy chose to pay stopped producing, yet there was really no accountability from the coaching staff. They kept treading out the same guys even though they were getting half ass efforts from many of them, especially on the defensive side.
