OH YES HE IS! You don't even follow your team closely. Look at the post game conference and twitter. Its the biggest news out there since the Packers blew an easy trip to the SB.

Doesn't Rodgers do this Hamlet routine every year in recent seasons? He learned it from Favre

Rodgers isn't going to leave what will be the softest division in the NFC next season; with 2 teams uncertain who their starting QB will be and the other team certain their starting QB'll disappoint.

well if you see him after the game when he went to hug Brady, he was crying. he knew he and the team dropped a big turd on what should have been an easy win at home to reach the SB.

Can somebody explain dead cap money? Seems insane that a team trades someone but most of their contract remains in the cap. Meanwhile, the other team still has to pay his contracted salary and counts in their cap also?

I speak from my experience playing Madden. Dead money is whatever the current cap penalty is of the player you trade or cut. The cap penalty is determined by the player’s signing bonus, not salary. So if you just signed a player for $100 million over 4 years with $20 million of that as a signing bonus and you immediately trade the player, $20 million is your cap penalty you must incur. In Madden, whatever the cap penalty is, it is always spread out over 2 years. I believe in the NFL you spread it out over the length of the contract (4 years). So it’s $5 million a year that goes against your cap each of the next 4 seasons. Against your cap meaning if your cap room is $50 million dollars, you really only have $45 million to spend. If the player is cut or traded in year 3 or year 4, the cap penalty is reduced drastically. It all depends on the contract language.

after watching the games this past Sunday, I am getting more and more depressed when thinking about Mitch. Maybe depressed isn't the exact word but 'sorry'?? I feel sorry for the guy because if he went to some other org he probably would have developed into a better qb.

I know Pace passed on Mahomes but say the bears got Mahomes. You really think we would be seeing the same KC Mahomes with the Bears? They would have found a way to fuck that kid up too.

fucking bears.

Mitch will be on a new team in a few weeks, he will suck there too. He is destined to hold a clipboard on the sideline.

Evidently the Bears made an offer but lost out on Stafford.
