Watson is legit -the Bears aren’t. Watson is useless if you can’t build around him. Dude, he just came off an MVP candidate season and went 4-12. He couldn’t play much better in that situation and his team still didn’t win much.


The Bears are declining across the board. Trading everything away for the next few years makes that situation worse.

Who are the good young players on the Bears that they can build around? Why would Watson want to come to a team where the coach and GM are unproven at best, the Oline is below average, and there are limited offensive weapons?

This team needs to hit on young star players in the draft and make vast talent upgrades at multiple positions to their bottom five ranked offense, there are no quick fixes here.
