Joking :lol:, I did say "hey" he gave me a HEY back, actually seen a few times. Funny thing, I run by Ted Lilly's place and he never is outside, but then again, he has no yard.

Nope just came to look , he came close to buying it, but ended up buying the penthouse at Armitage and Racine.

Did recently (2004) have some offers from Marv Levy for our Grandfathers place, but Marv didn't come up in price and lost out.
