All this talk is stupid, paying 35 million a year to a 43 year old QB. He's done, draft a QB and pick up an UDFA and gave an open competition.

43 year old Brady, on this team, with this terrible line, with this bad coaching.. is not Tom Brady on the Patriots.

Peoples imagination greatly exceeding the grasp of reality in these fake scenarios.

Could only imagine Nagy in the QB room with Brady. Nagy trying to justify some BS play and Brady telling him to, "go Be You in the corner and let someone who knows what they are doing design the game plan".

That sounds about right.

And it's also so Nagy to think that he can fix what Doug Pedersen could not with Wentz.

I would love to be wrong about that though.

Isn't Pedersen the guy telling Nagy to grab Wentz?

Wonder if all the "branches" off the Andy Reid tree get together with Reid for dinner (hopefully at a buffet because there are some legendary Andy Reid dinner bill stories) and all try to justify why they have such limited success. It seems like a bunch of guys that lack the ability to adapt to the talent around them and really do not place any value offensive line play.

Pedersen is the guy that benched Wentz.

And put him on the train to be run out of town as well.

i dont think nagy would be dumb enough to micromanage brady. the funny part would be brady micromanaging nagy on special teams, defense, practices, video sessions, team finances, wife orgasms etc...

During Fox's broadcast of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Philadelphia Eagles game in Week 4, Brady revealed he almost signed with the Chicago Bears as a free agent in 2020. He ultimately signed with the Buccaneers.

Brady said that he created 18 criteria for each of the franchises he was considering after he walked away from the New England Patriots. He brought the notecards he used to help determine his next destination.

The three-time MVP said, "Chicago was a team, and I've never told that story before, they were very stealth in their recruitment. I was seriously considering, but in the end, it came down to Tampa. And it was close to my son Jack, I loved Bruce Arians and the role that he played in offense, and ultimately the great players like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin that I'm still out there watching today."

Put Brady on the 2018 team? Bears win it all, perhaps in historic fashion. But by 2020 the Bears were cooked.

We never had a shot. We had no talent on offense, Matt Nagy and a late draft pick.

That start was ludicrous good fortune. They were the worst 5-1 team ever. I mean there was some fun times, that Atlanta win was insane, but that team sucked dick.

Tom Brady, now the lead analyst for FOX's football coverage, responded to Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield's recent comments about the "stressed out" environment he claimed Brady created in the Tampa Bay locker room.

It just so happened that Brady was part of the broadcast team covering Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Midway through the first quarter, Brady directly addressed Mayfield's comments made earlier in the week on the "Casa De Klub" podcast.

"I thought stressful was not having Super Bowl rings," Brady said during the broadcast. "There was a mindset of a champion I took to work every day. This wasn’t daycare – if I wanted to have fun, I was going to Disneyland with my kids.

"There’s a way to approach this game and it’s with the right mindset to push each other outside of our comfort zone, and great teammates do that."

Brady, 47, added that there were "no apologies" for having competitive spirit.
