i actually liked this guy when i first heard him on the score.

i just believe the things he rally wants to talk about (living in da hood, social issues) - aren't interesting topics for much of his audience. today, he shut down sjw gimp bernstein over a popeye's chicken on stony island. bernstein realized he was getting into a debate over southside fast-food fried chicken with a black guy from the south side and quickly surrendered. why would i give a shit? gee, i hope leila was impressed. the obvious is his affinity for women in chicago media. his ass-kissing of channel 7's weatherperson...jeez..to the point of appearing lecherous.

These transitions make no sense. Dan seems so lost sometimes on whatever the hell Leila and LoHo are talking about. Just random topic changing sentences that make no sense. Dan just sits in silence.

1. Larry did not grow up in the hood. Despite him trying to sell it. He grew up with middle class parents in a nice neighborhood.

2. When Larry talks to black people, he breaks into Ebonics. When he talks to Bernstein, he speaks proper English. Black people should be very offended by that.

Larry is a phony and a weirdo. Nobody should like him.

He grew up in the suburbs and went to Homewood Flossmore High School in an era when that was one of the best public school districts in the state. I believe both of his parents were teachers in a high paying district.

Sir is a ball of insecurities.

Wow. Sometimes black people talk differently in a black crowd than a white crowd? Who knew?

What it shows is Laurence isn't segregated and you are. His Black Card is safe.

It's called code-switching.

Dan sits there wondering how he ended up getting a partner he didn't want and doing transitions he wants no part of.

At this point he's like a stagecoach driver after the railroad came to town, just trying to hold on a few more years in a dying industry.

It's funny cause this is what Dan gets for going full woke. Now he's stuck with a token woman co host he has no chemistry with. Booo yaaaa, Dan.

Kaepernick is Kryptonite to any franchise. I can’t believe there are still people clinging to this.

Tony LaRussa can’t manage today’s players because he’s been gone 10 years and the game has passed him by ( and because he’s racist ) but the Bears should look at a guy that hasn’t played arguably the hardest position in team sports in 4 years . You can fry an egg on that taek.

hit it out of the park today with his list of top 5 blue-eyed soul singers.

bass line from 'i can't go for that' by hall and oates appears to have been 'borrowed' by michael jackson on 'billie jean'. i mentioned this to a black co-worker 15 years ago and he didn't seem too impressed.

Dear God. It's soooo bad. Why is this man praised for his annoying yelling and terrible singing...and just being completely unfunny?

And this fucking guy is always on his soapboax and high horse. He really thinks his job is important to society.

Also, Laurence teaches media guys...

Thank God for his perspective on the behavior of media news. I cannot imagine the "classes" he teaches. I'm so glad LoHo threw his "journalistic morals" on us. Guys, we have a responsibility to not speculate - even US, THE LISTENERS. It's not helpful to text him what you read or heard about Tiger. Guys, Laurence HAS to vet that. He can't say that on the air guys. That is different from him texting with us back and forth. Thank the dear Lord above that fucking Laurence Holmes is here to teach us about journalistic morals and news gathering.

"Be careful where you see stuff"

a year ago i thought this show was bad.

six months ago i thought this show couldn't get any worse.

today it is absolute garbage and i hate listen.

almost every guest he has on they have to have no less than 7 minutes of bullshitting because LOHO is that cool guy who isnt business only.

over the last three shows hes spent an entire segment preaching to the audience how allen robinson needs to be extended.

please entercomm let his contract expire at the end of February.

i think his top 5 sport themes flopped.

no classic monday night football, 70's-80's nfl today on cbs and abc's wide world of sports theme.

theme music was only invented when he was old enough to watch sports.

Heyward is legendary for saying absolutely nothing when he speaks. Then Larry being mesmerized by the nothingness is great radio.

I’ll tell you who Larry thinks are fantastic guests and interviews. There are two kinds. The ones that actually agree to talk to him regardless of being interesting or not. The second are interviews from other shows that are reaaallly long that he can replay.
