I do believe he faster than Rich Eisen though, who typically runs around a 6.00. So that's why I have SIR at 5.71

Does he think we can't see body type. Lop off 30 pounds for age and he still is a stubby legged person built for endurance rather than speed.

A 4.7 isn't that fast.

4.7 isn't elite speed. Nobody ever timed me. Nor did I even think or care to be timed. But I was fast as a teenager into my early 20s. I guarantee you I would have been timed at 4.7 in that age span.

That being said, I think Larry is bullshitting. I don't think he did 4.7. Only because he lies about all of his athletic achievements. So why would this be different?

Larry likes to tell people that he was a great athlete. I was decent as a kid. Certainly not great. But I could run fast. I'll brag about that. I never did track. Cuz I thought it was boring. Soccer and baseball were my main sports as a kid. Tried basketball in JR. High. But I sucked. I made the team as the last guy and barely got into games.

the average 40 yard dash times for the WR and CB groups at the combine is 4.48, so yes, you humps, 4.7 is pretty elite for the non professional athlete class. The average tight end at the combine ran 4.70.
