Shouldn't we have a running Alec Baldwin thread by now? The guy who called his daughter a pig gives us gems like this.

I've always found him very attractive and oddly fat for a vegan.

A lot of fried foods, junk food snacks, and candy is vegan. MANY alcoholic drinks are as well.

Most vegans don't eat a lot of processed sugary non vegan snacks. Traditional cane sugar is processed with bone char and they don't eat it.

Fried food and pasta might do it but I don't see a very wealthy person sitting down with that type of food. I think he quit drinking in the mid 80s.

I think he's attractive but he seems like he should be in better shape.

Yep. For reference: Speigel is also a vegetarian.

Right. Spaulding is correct in that most vegans are vegans for health and beliefs and watch it close, but still empty calories are easy to find.

About five years ago, I worked with a guy who was enormous. Probably close to 4 spins. He decided to go vegan to lose weight. He gained 6lbs his first week. Every day for lunch he had a pound of fried veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, etc) and a can of Coke. He couldn't understand why he didn't lose weight. Needless to say, he wasn't very smart.

I cannot believe he eats vegetables. He's got to be an all carb/fried/or all in sauce guy and lot of it. And we know he liked wine.

You’d think in this era of the knowledge of the world being literally at your fingertips , the concept of losing weight has fuck all to do with working out instead of how much you’re jamming down your gullet everyday.

They just find other sweeteners. The heavier full vegans I know consume a lot of agave syrup and I doubt those processed fake burger or turkey things are exactly healthy. Always a way to find empty calories, especially in liquid form. When I get disciplined Bd only drink water vs beer or other things I drop weight ridiculously fast. But Im fairly slim to begin with.

I know a guy who is probably over 4 spins now. Hard to know as I haven’t sent him in years but told he has gotten bigger than I last saw him. He was going vegan one, and then two days a week. Kept gaining weight. Dude drank a 12 pack of beer every night, switched to a bottle and a half of wine later. Along with a crap load of pop. But yeah, it was the pork chop for dinner that was the problem.

I've seen a lot of indian vegan women on Devon Avenue with belly fat hanging out of their saris

Did not know that (the vegan part). I picture him going to Keens or Peter Luger's and ordering a 32 oz porterhouse.

Iirc for only about 12-18 months. And I think he's said that he has dropped two bills.
