Would you still root for the Bears?

I'm seriously thinking that if Chicago still had a 2nd football team I would not be a Bears fan. The fact is I probably would've been a Cards fan anyways in that scenario as the Cards and Sox had ties while the Bears and Cubs had theirs so it would probably be a North/South side thing.

I would absolutely be willing to root for a different Chicago NFL team, if it somehow came to be.

Probably would be a Cardinals fan first since they would be a southside team.

Sox fans would have ended up being Cards fans.

Cubs fans would have ended up being Bears fans.

Cards fans would have this inexplainable insecurity complex to Bears fans.

Bears GM would have traded Kyler Murray to the Cards for Cody Parkey and IMU would be defending the trade as a Bears fan.

Bears still most likely because I started watching in 85.. and the Cardinals have sucked entire whole sale ass for most of the time I’ve been alive.

Wasn't there the briefest, quietest noise about the Colts moving to Chicago around 2004 if they couldn't get their new stadium?

another NFL team in Chicago would work. The Bears are so inept and turned off so many fans the last 3 decades a new football team would be instant money for the owners.

Build a domed stadium - make watching the game comfortable for the fans - nobody is a meathead wanting to go watch the bears in -5 degree weather.

itll never happen.

The Bidwells made the Mc Caskeys look like geniuses for most of time they have been owners.

Who wouldn't be happy to have the historic success of the Cardinals?

It would be cool to be able to look fondly upon the 1925 championship team that was won when the Pottsville Maroons were suspended from the league for playing an unauthorized exhibition game that violated the territorial rights of the Frankford Yellow Jackets and they sealed a title with a win over Milwaukee who were playing with 4 Chicago high school kids that were hired by a player of the Chicago Cardinals to play for the other team.
