Fuck the Sox and fuck me.

Yep, these guys should only be used in blowout games or extra inning games when you are running out of players.

Ozzie can talk all he wants about how much confidence he has in all of his guys, and that's great, but save it for a game that doesnt have as much significance.

This is supposed to be a pennant race, and right now, the White Sox don't seem to REALLY want this division, let alone the Wildcard! Besides, Joe Crede hurt his back again, which explains why Juan Uribe is in the game at third...

For what it's worth, the Blue Jays lead 7-5 in the bottom 8th in Toronto, eh?

I'm still trying to figure out why I've loved the Sox all my life. They've really given me little or no reason other than in 2005. Watching White Sox games makes me itchy, twitchy, and sleepy.

But...

The Twins lost. Too bad we have to depend on another team losing in order for us to win a division instead of...you know...actually winning games ourselves.

Well, the fuckin Twins lost tonight. That takes a little of the sting away. Twins blew a 5-1 lead. They have blown a lot of leads recently.

Hey, Twins and the Sox are both flawed. Somebody has to win this division. We can still do it.

This game sucks. Hopefully Ozzie has learned that the new ass holes suck.

This will be forgotten tonight but Danks didn't look good. I hope he finds it again.

Check out the latest post, Beardown. It might not be what Sox fans want to hear, let alone read.

I don't care if you're John Danks or Cy Young. You pitch yourself into 2-0, 3-1 counts, you're gonna get burned.

Note to Ozzie Guillen: MacDougal and Logan have no business pitching in anything other than a laugher. Jerry Owens has no business being in an MLB game except to pinch run. Your team is in a pennant race. Please, keep this in mind when you fill out your lineup card.

BA is going to get traded in the offseason for spare parts and end up being a player similar to THE FIRE AND PASSION.

I seriously doubt he is going to be even as good as The Fire and Passion, and that really aint saying much.

If he played everyday, he'd be better in the outfield than Rowand. He's faster and has a better arm.

Maybe the Cubs and the Sox should go in on a rocket, and load Howry and Logan in it. Destination: the Sun.

Better hope Javy is on today because with that line-up the runs are going to be few I am afraid.

Makes no sense to me.

The Sox lineup sux today.

But on the flip side, that Indians lineup is going to strike fear in very very few MLB pitchers.

In no particular order, Brian Anderson is the centerfielder this afternoon, Nick Swisher is in left field for the injured Carlos Quentin, Juan Uribe is the third baseman, Joshua Fields is the DH, and Toby Hall is the catcher in this getaway game at (Less than) Progressive Field.

Welp, Javy hasn't given up a hit either so far, but man alive 55 pitches in 3 innings.

I know they're not exactly speed merchants on the bases, but Ozzie might want to send the runners every once in a while...

The 2 fastest guys in the lineup today were on the bases in the 4th.

The White Sox may be a power, home run hitting team, but they need to grind out runs, besides the one "Dirty 30" just hit to break the scoreless deadlock in the top 5th.

Bobby Jenks certainly needed the double play in the bottom 8th, but an extra insurance run in the top 9th would be nice...

Another DP by Jenks, another save by #45, gotta love it! Now, it's up to the overpaid A.J. Burnett in Toronto to shut the Twins down tonight at Rogers Centre, eh... :D
