I just read on CNN that some people can be overweight AND heart healthy, so Im thinking of actually gaining weight to see what happens.

Well, right now, I am beyond obese but my numbers look decent...other than the good/bad cholesterol ratio, not too shabby...

Now, give me a few more years, and I'm sure I'll be a heart-attack waiting to happen...
