You know, I've spent about 25 years thinking about this.

My first 25, I didn't consider it very much. It didn't impact my life. I'm pretty much the whitest of white America.

But, I had the opportunity to broaden my horizons socially. If I had not gone to college, I would not be the person that I am now. That is not to say that college is for everyone. That was just my personal experience.

But, I know the life-path I would have had if I had just stayed where I was because I've seen it. And it wouldn't be because I, personally, was a different person. It is just that I would have had less opportunity to be exposed to things and cultures.

And I'm still working on it. There are things I still have those hang-ups on but I can acknowledge it internally. I still don't understand things that impact my own children.

But, Americans are Americans. I don't care what you look like. Unless you're ugly. Different thread. But I agree with Nas. If I can root for Jim Edmonds because he's on the Cubs, I'm willing to consider all possibilities.

Except Aaron Rodgers.

Statistically I'd bet the probability is low they are maga fans. I don't believe in attaching labels either but I also can't go along with what I think Nas is saying here. The OP is literally mocking the fact that America beat China in a math competition because it was Asian Americans who pulled it off. This is the same board that ran our last Asian American from the board while he was literally begging the community to stop posting Asian "jokes" because he found them to be offensive.

You can't in one breath brag about the successes of this great experiment and then in another pick and choose who you consider to be a real American when it suits you. An American victory is an American victory even if conservative white males didn't pull it off.
