Don't know this guy except to see him on TV a lot as you do other DAs in other cities. Certainly, seems petty, punitive and wrong to do what he did. Has to be more than just the lawyer calling the DA office racist. There has to be some history.

The news reports problems with the police here but I can't recall too many prosecution stories more than any other city. There is a tone we know though that happens in court system we never see.
