It's odd, I respect the second half of Chris Paul's career, but I couldn't stand captain nut punch prior to that. But the Bucks are easy to root for. Just clean basketball from here on out and I'm good.

Other than hating on Wisconsin I cant see how people wouldn't like this Bucks team. They did it "the right way" according to all metrics. Don't think there are any outright douches on the team either.

Edit: SO it looks like it was moved to a DAY GAME for people to be able to watch the Bucks game later on. Attendance was only 20K, for a first place team.

You would think Milwaukee had no bars by the number of people hanging out on the street watching the game. I didn't even see beer being served.

Pretty ugly game for the most part, way too many turnovers but Giannis put the team on his back and took them to the promised land. The NBA game sure has changed a lot over the years.
I don't watch nearly as much as I used to. I like that they are letting them play more and be physical but that also brings into question how to ref the game and being consistent with calls.
Having lived in WI more than half my life I never thought I would see a championship in Milwaukee. I went to a lot of games in the early and mid 2000s with Allen, Cassell and Robinson and
that team was good. As a kid I watched Paul Pressey, Sidney Moncrief, Alvin Robertson, Frank Brickowski, you name it. I think it is great that they have a world class facility now and the
fan support in and out of the building was incredible. If you haven't been to see a game up at Fiserv I highly recommend it. Awesome experience.
