Well, if in banning a toxic racist from the board (again x2) you send out a vague threat aimed at posters "that troll people from thread to thread" and say that they "may want to change their posting preferences real soon", which can only really be an intimation that they will be banned, you kinda have to look at LTG as the leader in the clubhouse.
