It seems like everyone has gotten in shape except for me. I'm 215. I can have rapid gain or loss if I'm in a gouting cycle. I know it's coming when I add 5 pounds in a couple of days and my thumb joints crack when I move them. It will usually put me on the sidelines for a couple of weeks or more with foot pain. I'm going to get back at it though. I'd like to be in the low 200s. Even at my best in high school/college when I was playing varsity level sports and training in the off season I was never either skinny or cut.

If you're 6'10" then 215lbs is not bad.

I guess we won't be fucking

You and me can be 215lb thicc kings together.

Perhaps a little bit if you got a late 70s haircut. Maybe mix in a little Seven of Nine and Leroy Neiman's Femlin and I think we've got it.

185.5 at this morning's weigh-in. A 21st century low.

172 a couple days ago. Been eating vegetables from the garden and healthy cereal since I cannot taste anything due to COVID. I haven’t drank in a week either. I am usually 180-185.

spaulding looks like saturday night fever/angie era donna pescow

just heard pescow talking about how she got the sat. night fever role. childhood crush from angie....show had one of the best 70's sitcom pop theme songs - super voice 'morning after' maureen mcgovern. just in the opening credits seemed like pescow and hays were actually in love. the song didn't help debralee scott...sad end.

What? Did you switch bodies with your cousin?

No, the heaviest I've been in my life is an unhealthy 230. I'm generally somewhere around 185-215 depending on the season.

199 at last Thursday's weigh-in, after returning from a cruise on which I gained just half a pound, which I was happy about. However I have yet to check the effects of this past weekend.

Because of knee problems for about three years (tendinitis and interior ligament injury to my right knee), I let my weight get too high from a combination of not being active enough and not eating enough health foods.

But in the last month and a half, I've cut fifteen lbs. from walking/jogging 3 mi. and biking 3 mi. a day. It's the best my knees have felt in literally four years when a few months ago I didn't think I would ever be able to run again.

This has been the only weight loss plan that has ever really worked for me, other than fasting for a month. You have to be mentally tough to grind it out every day, even when you don't want to.

174 lbs 12% body fat

I've been riding my bike often, fishing a lot, doing a lot of home improvement work, and I've started lifting this summer which is keeping me lean. I started mountain biking this spring and it is crazy how many calories I burn on a ride. Anywhere from 1200 to 1500 calories per ride.
