Cousins has always been a weirdo. You Like That didn't even make any sense. He was yelling it at the GM after a win during a contract dispute. It should of been in the form of a question but like all his interactions with people it came out wrong. His teammates didn't like it but the Washington media started playing it up like it motivated them.
