Right now the Dolphins aren’t playing their top defenders either.



It’s early -I know- but I just think we’re going to see a team this upcoming year that doesn’t look much different than last years team. Good enough to beat bad teams, bad enough that they’ll lose to the good teams..

Darnell Mooney was like top 5 or 10 in the league last year at average yards of separation or whatever the stat is called.




That was last year. I’m talking about right now.


I’m not going to panic over preseason stuff, but from a skill level the Bears don’t look much better than bad/mediocre to me atm

79 yards of total offense in the first half and most of that came on last drive with the Dolphins in prevent defense. The Bears are back, baby!

Against a backup prevent defense in the preseason. Not really that impressive.


I’m not worried about Fields right now tbh, he’s a rookie seeing his 1st action. I expect growing pains and mistakes. I’m looking at some other things with this offense. Really all I care about with Fields in these games is that he gets live reps, and comes out healthy
