Ringer recently hired Big Wos, seems duplicative to bring on J Goff. I'd rather hear Wos. I think Wos is more of Bulls fan than any other NBA team, despite being from NY. Wos an easier listen than Goff's nervous cackling.

The Ringer got the new Jeopardy host fired over some of the most harmless comments someone was ever canceled for. I realize Goff has immunity from such treatment, but his work at the Score is certainly more problematic. Especially the gay jokes.

Simmons also has immunity since his old column at ESPN regularly had porn references and comments on female celebrities.

Simmons flirted with being canceled about a year ago? Might have been June 2019. He left twitter over it. Simmons only recently resumed posting anything beyond Ringer content retweets on his twitter account.

It was some comments on lack of diversity at Ringer. He said there weren’t qualified minority candidates applying for jobs, and that The Ringer wasn’t open mic night.

McNeil was at least good at radio. Goff is pure and utter trash.

Mac was a key player on several successful shows, Goff was handed two shots and failed quicky both times, or if you look at it another way, Mac built the afternoon show at WSCR and Goff ran it into the ground.

The amazing thing about Goff is that he was incredibly entertaining as a young caller where he gave you sports takes without the SJW lens applied, perhaps taking off the dung-colored glasses would help?
