I already admitted we know the Bears suck. It's like calling water wet.

It will never stop amusing me that your only trolling angle on the Packers in your lifetime is “GB was way better than Chicago during my entire lifetime, won two Super Bowls while my team won 0, beat us in the only NFC championship game we played against them, but they weren’t as good as they could be!”

And yet, you can't call a spade a spade and simply say, "yeah great career, but its terribly disappointing that Rogers have as many NFC Championship victories as Grossman and Jake Delhomme"

That’s probably because I don’t view his career as disappointing.

Nope. I thank him for Bears fans like you who consistently remind me how much better GB is than our “rivals” despite the “disappointments”

Thats silly.

You honestly should be thanking him for increible luck in facing a 3rd string QB in the playoffs. You know its true.

Nope, just thanking him I ended up a GB fan instead of a Bears one. It’s been a nice 30 years. No big droughts, winning roughly 25/30 of those.

There’s literally nothing you can say to me as a bear fan than will make me feel bad about being a GB fan lol. How do you not realize this by now? You’re acting like you’re a Patriots fan.

I'm not sure what you're arguing FF. GB/Rodgers has been a massive disappointment. Here are things that were happening/not happening the last time GB was relevant:

Instagram
Twitter was barely a thing
The first iPad was released (!)
Standalone GPS systems were still a thing as opposed to smartphone gps apps
Obama had less than two years or presidential experience
Michael Jackson was still alive

You can see the world has changed a lot since GB won the title. Maybe you can stop holding on to that long lost remote part of history and come to terms with the cold reality or your team's irrelevance.

See my last post in this thread before this one if there’s any confusion. Read it twice if you need to.

Oh, I know it’s tiring to read. But I don’t mind reminding trolling bears fans what their place is in the nfl hierarchy when they get chesty like this. If we had some Tampa/KC/Pats/SF fans on here I’d be a bit more quiet

Idk why you take that as a point against the bears specifically. Winston career stats put him top 5-7 QBs for the Bears. Statistically of course, and we know it's a low bar. But he's not as bad as you think he is. I assume he owes you money given the way you talk about him.

I know you look at box scores. I watch games. But sure, keep thinking Jamies is a great QB

In his 6th year maybe now he will finally crack .500

They'd have been much better last year with Winston

Nope.

Do you think the first 5 years of his career were just a fluke or some shit? You’re acting like he’s a 2nd year guy with high potential. We know what Jamies is by now.

Brees has sucked the last 2 years of his career, canttjrow downfield..Winston can, he can run if he needs to.. they are a more dynamic offense with him..and you thought that chump Hill was gonna beat him out.

So is mine in that Rodgers has yet to make a Super Bowl unless he plays a 3rd string QB in the NFC title game. You just don't want to acknowledge it.

This is about Rodgers, not the Bears. My team sucks and I'm sorry I am even a fan of them. Farve won a SB, got to another, and then was replaced with a QB who was even better and still needed all kinds of luck to get to one SB.

Rodgers a surefire HOF'er, but he'll be remembered for the rings he didn't win more than the one he did.

It was 14-0 Packers when Cutler got hurt. The Bears literally didn't score until Hanie came in. Another fine example of meatballism making people double down on dumb thoughts.

Eh that's a disputed account. Regardless, it's been so long since the Packers won anything that FF shouldn't be allowed to keep bringing that part of history up again and again. Basically the entire roster was drafted during the Bush administration. Some of the coaching staff and/or the front office date back to the Clinton administration. It'd be like Matt Nagy bringing up the one time he coached fellow third graders to first place in a spelling bee. At some point you have to ask what has Rodgers really done lately. The answer is basically less than what Jared Goff has done in the past four years.

I still think raw talent wise, he's the best I've ever seen, which makes him the least supported from a team perspective.

If he's as bad as you say he is then what does that say about GB's defense?

I think Winston has proven me right on my only argument about him: that he's better than Mitch.

He'll bounce back once all those coaches and players return from covid/injuries. Plus he doesn't even have his no 1 WR.

How did those 5 TDs taste?

Fantasy football talk you can ignore!

I have the Ravens D and didn’t want to play them against the Chiefs. Picked up the Panthers D because I still had no faith in Jameis and it paid off.

The reinvention continues! Leads an undermanned offense to victory. Two TDs no INTs. Might be in top 3 TD passes overall. Too lazy to check.
