I agree that Baltimore for the past 5 or so years is a skill position wasteland on offense, much like Chicago.

And yet you give him literally zero credit as a passer for leading the league in TD passes, including TD passes made from the pocket, in his MVP season while throwing to the worst WRs in the NFL.

Chicago isn’t a wasteland at skill position. A Rob is a legit #1 WR and Montgomery is a legit leading RB. A dozen teams have worse.

Easily the most exciting player since Barry Sanders.

Danny Dimes has more fumbles than games started, most undeserving nickname since James big game Shields.

Kyler Murray is the passing version of Lamar that everyone wants Lamar to be. But he's a midget and will need to have a good coach to scheme him ways to get out and get those passing lanes open. Kingsbury wasn't great at that last year. He was a lot better at it in Week 1 but the Titans d is atrocious so we'll see.

If Lamar had his WR corps instead of Baltimore's this thread might look a lot different too though.

The Titans thing was pretty cool for a few years but I think its at or near its end. I don't believe in the Cardinals at all. Not just because they are what looks like it might be the 2021 Division of Death, but I just hate that fucking coach. Never forget that they controlled their own destiny for the playoffs last year and totally blew it.

Loved Lamar's half assed attempt at a tackle on that interception.

I think people are starting to catch on to the reality of Lamar Jackson. Will it come to head before Baltimore pays him?

isn't lamar basically what fields is thought to max out as? Or is fields more of a thrower and less of a runner than.lamar is?

What a game tonight !!!!!!

I had a 1% chance of winning tonight in FF with Lamar going and I needed 50 pts to win. He got 65.5

No one has disputed his running prowess. The question was can he lead the ravens to victory with his arm in meaningful games. Tonight wasn't a meaningful game but the fact that he led a comeback via his arm mostly was quite impressive.

Man you are tough, he was 37/43 for 442 yards and 4 touchdowns.

I think you guys are reading too much in that - there's no doubt Lamar was on fire last night, and it was a treat to see.

being fair to vegan, Jackson was the reason the Ravens were in that big of a hole

I'd like to see him rein it in a bit. When he tries to do too much, he puts himself in position to get blown up and lose the ball. He got really lucky on that last near fumble.
