I think it's a matter of as a group doing something dumb amongst themselves vs a player or players leaning in and taunting a player. It's a stupid rule imo but that was 100% taunting per the rules, such as they are, and it's not at all hard not to not break that rule. Then again, discipline isn't this team's calling card.
