He (Florio) said the exact opposite (it could be an ACL) just 30 minutes ago, on TV, dumbfuck

I'm 99.9% sure Florio said the Bears do not believe it's an ACL.

My tv said that too when Florio was on. It repeated the same thing when Nagy spoke.

I think the Antioch guy is right. Which means that Dalton should be able to start on Sunday.

I was most impressed with where fields was throwing his deep balls. Those drops by.mooney and a-rob were both 20-25+ yard bombs where they had man coverage on it and justin put the ball in places where only the bears WR should have caught it.... but they both dropped em and let him down.

If a-rob catches that bomb its either 27-3 or 27-10 (i forget) and theres no comeback / no dumbass INT to gift them.another TD (the bengals gifted MIN a TD to get them.back in the game, a game they ultimately won, so their karma is perfectly balanced here)

That said, the whole damn.team literally came alive and played better once he got in the game for good. The defense got so excited they ripped off 4 turnovers in a row. WRs were dropping perfectly placed bombs in tight coverage cuz they literally have little to no recent experience dealing with balls coming in like that. Do you think dalton is perfectly placing 30yd lobs to mooney while being blanketed by duke shelley in practice? The whole team needs experience with the fact that they literally gotta finish off big plays now, something that they never really had to do even during the height of the mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky era (2018, you know, back when he was good for 250-300+ and 3-4 TD against a shitty washington team. Back when he was a legit bumslayer during peak nagy.

If nagy cant draw up shit that works with fields he doesnt deserve to be a HC/OC in the NFL

Offense only put up 206 yards with a seemingly impossible in todays NFL 83 passing yards. Almost everything Nagy does on offense backfires, it continues to look like a poorly coached offensive unit, hard to tell which is worse, Nagy's game planning or his lack of in game adjustments.

Saw Nagy hug Roquan after the pick 6, wonder if he said, "Thanks for saving my job", because his play calling almost gave the game right back, calling a few roll out passes where Fields could easily pick up a first down would have salted the game away, but Nagy can't get out of his own was as a play caller.

If they’re so intent on making Fields Lamar Jackson why don’t they just copy Baltimore’s playbook?

Brad Biggs is shit talking the Bears offense on 670. Said the reason teams passed on Fields is his struggles passing in the pocket. Said the offense was bad. Brutal

Brad Biggs is just trying to stay relevant. No one cares what he has to say. Wish the Score would actually hire "experts" and not washed up sports writers.

He was clearly a split second late processing what he was seeing, but he only made 1 bad throw from the pocket. He had a big 3rd down pass to Kmet that was taken off the board, a 3rd down pass that Mooney dropped and a perfectly thrown touchdown that was dropped by A-Rob. What concerned me was his decision making on run options.

He wasn't afraid of the moment and he put 2 hands on the ball while scrambling on that 3rd down. That's encouraging.

That OPI against Kmet was a horrific call.

No, he is not Bob.

And matt Nagy's offensive game plans still suck.

And yes, that OPI call on Kmet was horrible. Especially juxtaposed against the Higgins TD reception.

Robinson's dickhead agent can't wait to in game tweet about his use. He was silent as Robinson let a perfectly placed td pass fall through his hands. He also lost a 50/50 play earlier in the game. His first down catch and run was huge but there are a lot of good WR out there doing great things every week. There also seem to be handfuls of good WR coming out of college every year.

We're cursed on QBs but doesn't that also extend to WRs? Alshon Jeffrey might be the best WR we've drafted in the past 20 years, maybe? Good WRs come out of college but Chicago has never been able to grab one of them, save for a tier 2 kind of guy in Jeffrey.

Still pretty shocking though that they put Dalton back in the game without checking first.

What justification will there be for keeping Nagy after this year? His offense sucks, he's just a less weird version of Trestman. Even if you grant him the fact that (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky sucks, you have other QB's in here that have proven to lead offenses that can score at a decent level, yet the offense stalls under Nagy... There is talent at WR, in addition to Robinson you have 3 other WR's that can run a 4.3 and get separation. Monty is playing like a top 3 RB in the league now...the Oline isn't that bad outside of the fact that Peters is older than Biden. Fucking give Fields a chance and get a new coach in here after this year.

I can't determine if Nagy is the main issue when we have subpar WR and a bad OL. That's on the GM, in my book. Fields will only disguise the real issues with the OL.

The offensive line has been solid. Nagy's play calling hasn't produced many points since about Week 12 of the 2018 season. That being said, I was encouraged by the offense moving the ball before Dalton got hurt.

I don't think the WR's are really that sub par. Robinson is still a #1 WR, though maybe the backend tier of "#1's"..... Mooney is a budding star. The Oline hasn't been the shit show I expected. It's Nagy.

How many different players does Nagy get to fail with? He's an offensive guru who has only won because he was gifted a great defense from his GM.

All we had to do was cut Jimmy Graham(keeping Fuller) and we could have had the best corner duo in the NFL

PFF is retarded but Jaylon Johnson has been really great this year. Kindle Vildor had one big fuck-up yesterday but he has been pretty solid also.

I don't think Duke Shelly has played football before this year? There has to be some warm body out there better at nickel...

Nagy is a pretty good leader. Even when the team went through that 6 game losing streak, he never lost the team. That tells you he's a good head coach, but he sucks at offensive game planning and even if he's not calling the plays, he runs it behind the scenes. That's probably gonna get him fired. And lets not forget Pace. He needs to get fired first. He sucks!

I looked up Buster Skrine yesterday.

Still a free agent and an upgrade over Duke Shelley for sure.

How bad must Thomas Graham Jr. look that they couldn't even justify elevating him from the practice squad.

cutting fuller instead of graham was such an obvious mistake and so typical of Pace.

Graham was willing to rework his contract to provide the Bears with cap space. Fuller was unwilling to do it because he wanted to play for Fangio.

Skrine may not know what year it is. He missed like the last 6 weeks of last year with a concussion. He also had no interest in tackling anyone who weighed more than 150.

Duke Shelley is a good tackler. I'm willing to give him another week to figure it out.
