Zorich somehow became AD at Chicago State and was a disaster. Can’t believe hiring a football guy at a school with no team didn’t work out.

Both of those cannot go together.

What do you base the statement that he is a really good head coach?

If he were a really good head coach he would not continue to call the offense and make no adjustments.

Both can be true. Nagy has never lost the locker room and they play hard for him. Being able to manage men is something MANY fail at. We've all seen what a bad coach looks like and how that leads to a bunch of media leaks.

Honestly I thought Bernstein was an asshole for saying that Nagy called it scheme when asked who was starting. I thought that meant Nagy, rightfully, was going to change the book depending on who started and thus asking who's starting was by extention a question of scheme. But it wasnt. Nagy ran what he wanted to run regardless of personnel.
