I'm not getting on a scale because I'm not putting any number on how much weight to lose. I'm simply going for the "lose weight" mantra and however much it is after this winter is fine. Plus, there isn't a scale in my house and I'm too lazy and cheap to go buy one. I'm already feeling certain pairs of pants getting looser. If I had to guess, I'd say I'm probably down 4 or 5 pounds over the past 2 weeks.
