Anthony Bourdain would say something eloquent and positive about any city he visited, and he visited hundreds.. I'd like to see what he said about Detroit or Baltimore or St. LOUIS.

Bourdain did an Ozarks episode, during which he hunted/cooked/ate squirrel, iirc. Not sure if it was shot in southern MO or NW Arkansas, probably both.

CNN was going to run this documentary after Bourdain's self-erasure, when they were dumping all his content on their weekends non-stop. Somehow it never happened. As far as I know, it's still unreleased. Seems like something NetFlix would be all over. It's possible if Bourdain owned the rights to it himself it's caught up in legal wrangling in the courts with his heirs or whatever:
