This is the game we find out how good this defense really is. Can the Bears find a way to neutralize Adams?

Probably not.

The good news is that it's at home. The bad news is that the Packers offense is really good.

The Bears need to find ways to control the ball like they did against Vegas. TOP is everything to them. Keep the defense off the field as much as possible. That is the way.

So mean and nasty, not unexpected though.

Dolphin promoting violence, another mean and not nice post. Again, not unexpected. Wish all the best to my Bear brethren this week.

This is always my favorite week around here. Open warfare that I can just sit back and laugh at.

Interestingly enough, I think I hate the Vikings more than the Packers. I can at least respect what the Packers are. The Vikings (and by extension, the fans) are far more irritating.

To use Dazed and Confused as a comparison, the Packers are those good seniors that will bust your ass with the paddle, but then buy you a bunch of beers.

The Vikings are assholes like Ben Affleck, and you laugh when they get their comeuppance.

Fuck the Packers every week.

The Bears should not be expected to win. If they do, that spells serious trouble for Packerworld.

It’s a game with some juice to it now. Seemed impossible a few weeks ago.

Classic win-win spin...nicely played.

Its the truth though, yeah? Packers should probably be favored by 5, maybe even 6. It certainly wouldn't shock me to see the Bears win, but I don't expect it. If the Pack were to lose to the Bears, coupled with some of the other issues they have had, it could mean trouble.

This applies to the two teams for our entire lifetimes Frank. We get it.

If they win, they are a likely playoff team that everyone here will say has no shot in the playoffs.

If they lose, they are a likely playoff team that everyone here will say has no shot in the playoffs.

There's probably not as much riding on this as you believe

I don't expect the Packers to lose but it doesn't necessarily mean trouble for the rest of the season. They will be missing 3 or 4 of their best players and possibly a 3rd starter on the o-line. The O-line should be whole by the following week, which means the offense can sustain them through the season. If Alexander is out for the year I think their SB hopes are greatly diminished however.

Their SB hopes are at zero right now. Packers always peak around Halloween, and then lose in January unless they happen to be up against a 3rd string QB.

game will be 10-7 at halftime or something close to that... then in the 3rd and 4th the tired defense will finally give way and the packers win by double digits... does this gameflow sound familiar?

They have a realistic chance of getting the #1 seed still, but sure, go off

Sorry that Rodgers has never beat a starting QB in an NFC Championship Game bothers you so much. I guess its good that you hold your team to a higher standard.

Well, he did. Him and Cutler both started that game. Only one was tough enough to finish it. But outside of that, no your trolling doesn't bother me, it only reminds me of your team's complete and utter lack of success in the same time period

And get steamrolled by the Cowboys, Rams or Cardinals. Same story different year. Regular season champions.

I must have missed the transition to Arizona being an unbeatable super bowl contender.

I love the Packer hate, but some of you guys need to reign it back in a little, especially in a week where they likely beat us by 3 TDs

Fuck Rodgers but enough with the 3rd string QB bullshit. Cutler played 2 1/2 quarters and scored zero points.

Right. Cutler played almost the entire first half, scored zero points, and the Packers still needed a pick 6 thrown by a 3rd string QB to win the game.

By that same logic, it must really bother you that the Packers own the shit out of the Bears for the entirety of our football watching lives. If it didn't bother you, you would never discuss the Bears and Packers.
