I can't blame Rodon. I don't know what he has going on with his shoulder, but he gave you everything he had which wasn't much.

Lynn and Giolito are incredible disappointments. Cease yes and no as this was his first playoff start, and he didn't take an L.

It was the shortest start of Cease’s career. Whether he took the L or not, it’s bad.

Sox might even figure out a way to come back in this game, but starting pitching has sucked every game.

I'm just saying if there is one guy I'll give a mulligan to, its a guy who was making his first start. Rodon might have thrown his final pitches in a Sox uniform. Lynn was brutal, and Giolito solidified himself as a #2 at best, not an ace.
