The old adage of betting the number not the team today was proof. Went into the toilet had the lions and Texans

Agree. I had them both. Fins was my only loss.

I am starting to like the Bears +5.5. Their defense is solid, and the run game is going well.

Nice. That's a wet dream being that you are actually in Vegas.

I love Vegas. We go twice per year, once for football and the other one on the backs of our Cubs trip. This trip is for my daughters 21st. So I get three trips this year.

I understand the magic there. I hit a 6 team parlay once. Never would that be possible from my la-z-boy from home. Sometimes you just have to be in the belly of the beast. Again, congrats. And enjoy.

Iirc, the group with LTG has seen wins in all three games they've been to. (Atlanta, Houston and Miami)

Pay the man.

Oh Denis is in Vegas? How did you guys know?
Oh yeah.

He mentioned it 100 times.

I hope you noticed I will be back in November. But if not, no worries, I will mention it often over the next six weeks.

Shame on those of you falling for the Raiders smoke and mirrors.

Told you Herbert was going to impress. I didn't watch much but that late game run where he got low and pushed the LB 5+ down field was impressive. I said in preseason that I loved the Bears depth at RB (I didn't even think there would be room for Herbert) and that really showed itself today. I don't have any reservations about continuing to be run intensive even with Montgomery out.

This schedule looks even more brutal now than it did in August but the team also looks much better.

Both San Fran at home and @ Pittsburgh look like wins now. Just need to split one of Green Bay/Tampa

Let's not overreact to this win.

The Raiders were not very good. They could not stop the run to save their lives. Carr is just a guy at QB.

One thing we can all agree on is that Gruden is overrated. He was outcoached by Bears' asst. coaches.

Completely agree if Jimmy G is still injured. I would prefer to beat the Packers the Packers in this scenario.

The Raiders were stunningly flat. That team is in trouble with Gruden being an idiot and shitty coach to boot.

Yeah these trips are always a great time. As soon as they added this game on the schedule it was a no brainer as to whether we were coming or not.

Had a great time in Vegas and at the game.
*Great logistics. Walk to Mandalay Bay and turn right. They close the road leading to the stadium which made coming and going very easy.
*Mostly high marks for the stadium. However it seemed the seats were not as close to the field as they are at Soldier Field. We were in row 2 of the 300s and the view seemed similar to the lower 400s at Soldier Field.
*Had always heard Raiders fans were the worse in the NFL. However I saw none of that; they were great and we had a great time engaging with all of them. They must have left the scum behind in Oakland.

Now this is how you do an in game recap. Short, sweet, to the point.

Well done.
