I worked for a company and I threatened to leave and take people with me. They gave me more money. I still left a few months later and took people with me because someone else gave me more money. Employees making reasonable and unreasonable workplace demands shouldn't be frowned on. Our life expectancy has increased because of MANY demands.

It's not just art though. Our country wants to censor anything and everyone who pisses us off. That being said, I have no issue with them making demands to Netflix. Companies use leverage to extract things from workers all the time.

I think the issue at heart is that certain parts of our country want to censor anything that angers or offends them. I still think there is a majority that just doesn't care, and pushes back against it because we're sick of their bullshit.

I don't want The Miserables to stop whining (it amuses me), but I'm sick of people caving to their bullshit.

At this point I don't think it's a minority of people. It seems like just about everyone wants to be a victim and they want to destroy anyone who made them feel that way or didn't COMPLETELY agree with them. Personally, I rarely find myself feeling sorry for some giant entity.
