Remember last thursday was a low brow game.

Tonight is a high brow game.

Packers without 3 WRs.

Still should be a good one though.

Week 8, Halloween edition, starts tonight!

****************

Titans @ Colts - Surprised Colts favored by -2.5. T.Y. Hilton back.

49ers @ Bears - Surprised '9ers favored by 4 pts on the road

Pats @ Chargers - Pats won this game 45-0 last year in L.A.

Steelers @ Browns - Mayfield, Chubb return after missing the TNF low-brow game.

Panthers @ Falcons - Falcons favored by only -2.5. They are improving and better than their record. Last year they were the best 4-12 team in NFL history

Lot of big-spread games today:
Rams @ Houston
Bengals @ Jets
Miami @ Bills

terrible call to go for it. Gotta take the FG and stay in the game.

Barely made it though.

Flip side, the Packers RBs are determined. They are powering thru after getting stuffed. Very impressive but hard to consistently get first downs that way.

masterful game plan by LaFleur.

Rodgers has executed it perfectly. Lotta dink and dunk.

Fuck!!

Gotta take the FG there!!

This way if they score a TD, u only need a FG to win.

What a shame to lose this game after controlling it all the way.

All he had to do was turn to the ball and the worst that happens is OT.

Crazy dumb mistake by a vet like him

Coming into this week the Bengals and Cardinals were the top seeds in each conference. GB beat them both. Sure looking like the top team right now. 7 straight

Classic game.

Had the feel of a Super Bowl.

2 great teams playing a nip and tuck game, great plays on defense, last team to make a mistake loses. Gritty game by the packers. RB's earned all their yards after first contact.

Cant remember a game that ended with each team with a goalline/red-zone stand.

Just a great game. Rodgers has that Favre factor where guys just love to play with him and win for him.

I'm sure NBC is pissed they didnt have this as their SNF game. It ended the way a SNF game usually does, too.

A true high-brow game!!

Stunned to read that Big Ben is 23-2-1 lifetime vs Browns.

One of those was that TNF game 10 years ago or so. 13-6 or some shit.

Steelers 66-29-1 all-time vs Browns.

Mike Strahan apparently an old racist white guy . Doesn’t like teams yukking it up after the game in the end zone, exchanging jerseys etc after you just got pasted. Why is he trying to restrict black players unbridled joy ?

Vikings are going to Vikings tonight against Dallas. Whoever plays QB is going to light up Zimmer's secondary. Past time for Zimmer to go.

The officiating crew doing the Cowboys game is having the worst called game I've ever seen. The NBC rules anylist started to interject on a particularly bad call after a bad roughing call and was cut off on the broadcast.

last year, same thing.

Red Rifle, a backup to Dak, threw a last minute TD pass to win in Minny.

Same thing tonight.

That was uncharacteristically one of the worst coaching games for Belichick against the Chargers yesterday and still the Pats won. The Pats had two scoring opportunities in the first half in the red zone and came away only with 3 pts. On the first, New England had a 1st and goal from inside the five. When the running game was going well, McDaniels decides to call pass plays on 1st, 3rd and 4th downs. The 4th down incompletion was on a corner end-zone throw that Jones overthrew. In the 2nd half, Belichick challenged a dubious holding call in an attempt to get a safety only to lose the challenge and a time-out. The Pats had no time outs inside the last two mins, which could have been costly, were they not up by 10.

That said, Pats are still a decent team and should make the playoffs.
