I was having an intermittent furnace issue and had exhausted my troubleshooting skills. I shot DS a PM here, and he reached out within a half hour. We spoke on the phone, and he walked me through his troubleshooting method (of course, the furnace burned fine as soon as he was on the line). Gave me some things to do this morning to keep it going/check if it stops again.

I really appreciate the quick reply, the simple instructions, and the help going forward. I am outside his service area- it's a 150 mile drive, 90 as the crow flies, or I would have hired him IRL.
