 He showed he has no pocket presence and can't read a defense.

Yeah, most guys making their first career start are experts at those things. Smart point by you

He was sacked 1 time and there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it. He did a great job of killing plays early and stepping up and running when he needed to. Throwing the screen in to the dirt when the DLineman tackled the RB because it was before 5 yds was a veteran move. He will be just fine if they go that direction instead of bringing Rodgers back.

Yup. It’s a nice feeling knowing we already have our QB of the future at the same time the Bears are ruining yet another top QB prospect

I feel great about my QB of the future because he's great at killing plays!

We've now entered the realm of Packer Fan Self-Parody, folks.

This is why the NFL is the best.

Jordan Love sucks. He outplayed Patrick Mahomes! His team lost! They were close!

Fields is beginning to show signs of being Nagyproof and he doesn't have the same offensive weapons that Love has been working with for 2 years.

Unfortunately due to the Covid situation, last year was a wash for him. He had no preseason games and didn't get to work with the starters at all. Having said that, I don't have the confidence that he is going to be a good player in the league.

Packer fans gather at corner taverns around Wisconsin to rank their favorite of Love's many errant throws. Also reportedly feeling "really good" about the continued escalating obesity rate among the state's women.

That was, possibly, the best one TD performance I have ever seen out of a QB.

I swear I saw a few Packer fans write that this game was set up for Love's success as well as one could possibly hope because of the Chiefs D. They were correct, as Davante Adams was open the entire day. Love just didn't make the throws. He was pretty much throwing short the entire day as Adams streaked down the field.

Anyone else notice how desirous Joe Buck was for him to be great. I swear I heard his wood hit the desk in front of him on the drive where Love was 7 for 7?

Scared Packer fans trying to compare Fields first start to Love's really warms my heart. Love only had 2 seasons to learn behind Rodgers. He only had the entire off-season to build chemistry with the best WR in football and a top 5 RB.

By the 2nd half Love had lost Troy Aikman. It takes a lot for a young quarterback to lose Aikman.

He's gone from plagiarizing Nas to parroting Rodgers.

Dark days for Packerdom.

He's been in the league for 2 years, do you know what he does well? Usually, we're all able to identify a couple of talents that we HOPE a quarterback will continue to develop. I haven't seen 1 in the 4 games I've watched Love play in.

Showed a ton of poise today. Also showed a ton of fight. Needs ro fix his accuracy but a lot of that also seems to be him having zero chemistry with Adams which makes sense

Rodgers will be back trashing everyone in 2 weeks, you don't have to reply to every post from Bears fans saying your backup QB sucked.

I dont have to, i want to. I like the fact Bob made this thread and you all are overreacting thinking Love sucks. The kid is gonna be good

I don't know if he's going to be good or not, but he can't be any worse than your performance in this thread.

I'm not going to say preseason games don't matter, but I don't think training camp and a full season learning from Rodgers and MLF should be dismissed. He also spent this entire off-season working with the 1's and played in the preseason. He looks bad. He looks like a guy who will be selling real estate in 5 years.

I wouldn't feel confident pushing Rogers out the door.

They really don't have a choice when it comes to Rodgers outside of trading him. He holds all of the cards. Teams like the Steelers and Broncos are really winking hard at him.

Love as their starting QB is going to make Adams FA decision much more simple

Did we learn via Love that holding the clipboard wasn't going to teach Fields anything and that the only way to get a young QB ready for prime time is to play him? Was Bears management, in other words, correct in throwing Fields to the wolves this season?

If I were a betting man, I would put money on Rodgers being the quarterback of the Steelers next season. They're really a great quarterback away from being a SB contender.

Rodgers learned behind Favre and Mahomes was able to work on his flaws while sitting. When your offensive line and weapons suck, it is probably in your best interest to sit. Love is just a bad quarterback.

I hope you are wrong, and that was something that he declined this off-season. He also forced them to rework his deal in a way that would force them to cut him or trade him to a team of his choice.
