Yeah but if you take the White Sox out of that, it jumps to 6.10.

Makes me sick to see Soler doin' great.

Sick in the sense that we got rid of him like he was trash, and never showed any regret.

He CRUSHED that ball.

Another 3-run HR. If this holds up, could end up being the MVP.

Called it. I am the Steve Stone of these boards.

What series!? One Post - regrettably - has gone silent so I’ve assumed we’re in the midst of some type of work stoppage.

 Well moving the All Star game out of Atlanta really seemed to hurt the Braves. At least the suburbs will be spared any celebration carnage as the inner city baseball fans are apparently incapable of making it out that way.

Deadline deals helped right the Braves and get them here.

Hope Rick Hahn is paying attention.

Deadline position players did. The Sox needed ( and still do) pitching . They aren’t winning with that staff.

I dunno. On paper, he upgraded at 2B and the bullpen. Tepera was good for the Sox. Kimbrel and Hernandez were not.

Glad to see those Houston fucksticks watch another team celebrate a World Series title in their building yet again.

despite the cold weather and soler doing palooka joe with the turtleneck over his nose - i believe soler was the cubs best hitter during the 2015 nlcs 4 game sweep by the mets.

he seems to be like a 1950's n.y. yankee. good regular season player, turns it up in the playoffs/world series.

theo rolled the dice on a heyward/almora jr./schwarber outfield and crapped out.

That was an insane deadline acquisition, though....getting a whole new outfield. It worked, and Freeman was fantastic.

Semien just signed with Scott Boras. Don't know if he'd want to play 2B anyway.

Didn't even know he was on the Braves until he was on field celebrating after the game. Then this was on Twitter this morning....

Terrance Gore in 102 career games:
0 HR
1 RBI
2 2B
3 WS Rings....
