We'd have to pay double market value to Adams to convince him to come here and have his career die

Here is my preliminary list of positions where the Bears are likely to be seeking new starters/heavy rotation players this offseason:

1)Defensive Tackle
2)Cornerback
3)Nickelback
4)Inside Linebacker
5)Center
6) #1 Wide Receiver
7) Slot Receiver
8) #4 Receiver

They should also be seeking upgrades at the following positions:

1)Strong Safety
2)Defensive End
3)Left and/or Right Guard

It's unclear to me whether or not we have found a left tackle in Borom since he has been injured much of the season and is currently playing right tackle. The team is in a bit of a quandary here since Peteers, a guy they plucked off the street near the end of training camp, has been their best offensive lineman this season. It would seem unwise to shift Borom to left tackle for an audition at that spot given the fact that Fields' development must be prioritized. It seems, then, that the team will enter 2022 without being certain that either Borom or Jenkins can be effective left tackles. Does this mean they will try to bring Peters back in 2022?

Most of the resources have to be spent on offense.

Leave the 2022 Draft with all their 2023 picks still in place. Well the ones they haven't traded away up until this point.

They're going to have an additional 3rd when Allen Robinson leaves in free agency. I can live with not having a 1st if Fields continues to improve.

And then hope a ten year old email surfaces where he made fun of somebody's race.

I forgot that James Daniels' contract is up at the end of the season. It's hard to see the Bears re-signing him. So there's another starter they will be replacing.

Youre not getting Godwin.

I think Sutton is a better player than Gallup

Looks like Sutton is spoken for now.

This statement implies that he is currently improving. He was bad yesterday before getting hurt. I hope he ends up being great, but let's not act like the season has been consistent improvement from week to week.

True. The Ravens defensive coordinator has frustrated many rookie quarterbacks. Besides, we all know growth isn't a straight line. There is no denying that Fields has improved in many areas since he became the starter.

Well, let’s start with getting rid of Nagy and Pace.. btw heard speculation on the station today that Pace could get a crack at a 3rd coach, which is weird to me because he’s responsible for picking the last 2 that didn’t work out (well, party to blame at least for Fox too but who knows)

The team to hire a competent team president.,, But since that is impossible I'll just wish for peace on Earth and good will to man because that seems more likely.

I can't see an offensive coordinator that I would hire to takeover the head coaching job for the Bears.

Eric Bieniemy should get a look, but the Andy Reid tree might have poisonous fruit.
