Sir makes a good point that there is no good reason to delay the announcement (if true) just because it's a short week. They have a coach on staff who has been a head coach before (Mike Pettine) and the team was able to function (if not win) without Nagy when he missed a week with Covid.

The guy who had the original story seems like a pretty solid guy who probably does have contacts. Which seems to be the reason why the story has taken off. This is not like some blogger in a basement named Caller Bob is throwing shit against a wall to see if it sticks

Pace should be launched too. If Nagy is being launched for being bad at his job, the guy who did the evaluation that lead to him being employed to do that job should be launched too. Especially after failing with a coaching hire prior to that in Fox (there’s no proof that Pace did not make the Fox hire)
