2 weeks in a row they have blown 2nd half leads.

That first week vs. the Colts was just a mirage, it is going to be a long long season.

Another season of bad bears football from a once great franchise, now fans are spoonfed this shitty product year after year of teams that can't keep from wetting their pants game after game. The Bears should've won this game by 2 scores, instead they fail at life entirely.

To adjust is to admit failure. How long do we have these chuckleheads under contract?

Not the first time we've gotten ourselves stuck with four more years of someone who refuses to admit error.

Dickless Juron is looking pretty good now, compared to the new regime. Beefalo is 3-0, Bears should be 3-0, but coaches lose the games with gutless calls.

Jauron is actually showing some balls. What happened to the days of A-Train running it out of bounds for 4 yards on 3rd and 7?

He learned from his mistakes. Keep hiring guys who have no head coaching experience and you keep getting guys who don't know what they are doing--i.e. see Raiders 2007, 2008.

So I'm listening to Doug and OB ranting about the offense but why do they continue to give this defense a pass? The offense isn't good (we all know that) but did they did score 24 points and did they not stake the defense with a 10 point lead with less than 7 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter? And how do they give up 407 passing yards to a team that did not have the services of their best offensive player in Joey Galloway? And not recording one sack against a QB with 67 pass attempts while a rookie guard was matched up against Tommie Harris for most of the game?

I'm hanging this loss on the defense.

The defense was gassed. Yeah, the offense put 24 points on the board, but the defense had 4 takeaways. You should get at least 21 points out of 4 take aways. 9 points in the first half is inexcuseable. Then, the Bears get the ball late in the 4th quarter, and they go 3 and out.

The D never gets a rest. They played about as well as they could have. This is a team loss no doubt, but you're nuts or stupid if you put more blame on the defense than on the offense.

How was the defense gassed when we had held the advantage in time of possession in the 4th quarter? With the exception of the one long drive early in the 3rd quarter by Tampa, the Bears dominated time of possession in the second half. Now OT was different, Tampa owned the clock and the defense was running on empty at that point.

I think I've seen enough from this team to say I was wrong. This team sucks from coaches, to players, to the ownership.
That penalty Tillman was flagged for was about the stupidest thing a veteran player could do in a crucial situation. They had TB dead to rights and stuck deep in their end of the field in a punt situation.
The Bears are a bunch of undisciplined meatheads, which is indicative of a poorly coached team.
The Defense stinks, the offense is uninspiring and clueless as is the O-Coordinator.
Second blown lead in two games and they will get blasted by the Eagles. An to believe I thought they could beat them.
The Bears should be 0-3 and got lucky at Indy.

I'm punching out for awhile to spend more time on my short game before the winter rolls in.
Fuck these assholes!

This is the best summary I have seen--keep this on file for the end of the year when the Bears win four straight to end with six wins to "save" Smith's job. David Haugh and Mully--try to tell the paying customers the real story--this team isn't even fit to fuck your ex-wife--they just don't have the heart-on. The Bears blow. The ownership blows. The coaching staff is contemptible. When Smith is fired, I will be the first to fire a "Bears official Superbowl Mortgage Lifter Tomato" at his head.

Is there a good reason why they didn't take a shot downfield with a free play at the end of the 4th?
I mean, isn't losing the coin toss just as risky as say giving up a pick 6? Why, with the untimed free play, wouldn't you go for a deep attempt? What's with the knee? That is cowardly bullshit as far as I'm concerned.

The Bears will be fine. The passing game is starting to come along. Orton got confidence in the 2nd half and almost threw for more yards this game than he did in the first 2 games. He has turned Lloyd into a real WR. Forte is for real or not seeing Benson back there makes my eyes tell me he is the truth. Not like Carl.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for you predicting Grossman would lead the Bears to the SB, but this defense looks so pedestrian. Yes the offense is coming along, but does just does not make the long, time killing drives that rest the defense while tiring the opponents' defense out.
Losing two games in similar fashion lead me to believe there are serious problems with this team that will keep them mediocre at best.

I'm worried about this team sitting at 3-10, with a shot at the second pick in the draft, and turning around and running off three in a row. That will drop them from the second pick to the eighth or ninth. Then again, this might not be as big a deal as Angelo's likely to blow the pick anyways.

Can the offense really count on Lloyd to make these Houdinian catches each week? Orton has to improve on his accuracy. It's funny because Davis will receive a lot of heat for his dropped pass. That was one of the only throws that Orton made that was actually on target.

Another letdown, is it me or has this team looked pretty much exactly the same for the last 5 years? Well, other than Forte who looks great. I personally thought Orton was way more lucky then good in that second half. I don't think he turned Lloyed into a reciever I think Lloyd turned Orton into a QB. He was sooooo inaccurate with passes over 5 yards. Just like the first two games, he doens't hit anybody in stride. The bomb to Lloyd should have been a TD, the pass to Forte in the endzone was severly uderthrown and he was covered by a LBer (not the TD)! Among other bad throws, like the pick 6. I can't see this getting much better, I mean teams are going to force Orton to make plays. Orton??? The Bears organization blows.

When a defense gets 4 takeaways, 3 interceptions from the opposing QB, and holds the running game to just 47 yards, YOU SHOULD WIN THE DAMN GAME!!! Unfortunately, when your defense commits dumb penalties & the offense can't ice the game in the 4th quarter leading by 10 points, YOU DESERVE TO LOSE!!! Guess what, Bear fans? It's going to get worse before it gets better! I feel sorry for NBC Sports & Westwood One who will be here Sunday night to watch the Philadelphia Eagles beat our Bears like a government mule! The Philadelphia game will be so ugly to watch, NBC's Al Michaels, John Madden & Andrea Kremer will need to find creative ways to keep viewers from tuning them out, let alone Westwood One's national crew of Joel Meyers & Bob Trumpy on radio stations beyond Chicago.
