July could negotiate the uncontested extension.

She’s not good with numbers.

Build an offensive line and you can do anything you want.

Offensive linemen for football is akin to starting pitching in baseball, you can never have too much of either.

Every draft you should take a OL within the first three rounds. Every draft.

You have 8 starting caliber OL guys on a roster, that is a solvable problem.

Looked like he was in pain after several plays and seemed pretty stiff walking on the field after the game.

I was kind of surprised that he didn’t wince on a couple of those hits and that one out of bounds play.

They said at the beginning he was wearing 2 heavy undershirts/pads. So many of his throws were unusually high. Even the one to Grant. Like dude, the man is 5’5”

He has it in his head that he needs to prove that he's tough. Most of these guys won't be around next year.

I need to see more of Grant. I'm not sure if he's as good as he looks or just hungry.

Drafting a big ugly fat OL guy isn’t a sexy draft pick. Jim Finks did it and got fired and the the Bears dominated the division for a decade.

You don’t look like a genius when you draft a 295lb corn-fed right tackle that isn’t going to be co-featured in a Tom Brady Subway commercial.

That's... rough.

Lions are the only NFC team the Bears have beat this year.

They gave up 30 points to the Bears and had maybe the worst special teams performance in NFL history.

The Bears had a 97yd punt return TD

That game was a little closer than i expected at first but it was a very comfortable 2nd half regardless of the score. The special teams of the Packers may be the worst I have every seen outside of the specialists.

Have fun with Fields!!!

He's not exactly a kid.

I think he was the same guy with the dolphins. Great speed and high motor but the decision on that punt return looks really bad but for a miracle. His hands aren't supposed to be particularly good either.

I like him. There were a lot of times I didn't like Patterson's decision making on returns either, but he seemed to make it work. He can't be more than a fifth WR.

I agree with this.

He's quick. But, he's never seen a kick he didn't want to return. Sometimes it works. Most of the time it doesn't.

But, he can be useful.

Montgomery had 10 carries despite a lead and a 4.2 average.

Nagy just won't allow them to be a running offense.

The top two WR were Byrd and Grant.

The Packers had to keep Adams away from Jaylon Johnson because he was being shutdown. Unfortunately, he caught every pass (8) when Johnson wasn't covering him.

Add to the list of things he should be fired for.

He wasn’t really covering him there so original post reads just fine.

That's a garbage time touchdown. When it mattered, they avoided Johnson. Their halftime adjustment was to avoid Johnson. It's really weak when you think about it. The best WR and 3rd best quarterback shouldn't be afraid of a 2nd year player.

Here's some game highlights from the offensive line that Nas likes so much...

Some of the hits seem the result of him waiting for a guy to come open or him trying to make a play when maybe he shouldn’t.

Not defending the oline play but some of these - the throw along the sideline where he gets lit up is one example - seem like he had options and chose the hardest possible path.

Brian Baldinger probably wouldn't be the guy I would lean on to make excuses for Fields.
