Apathy Bowl with plenty of good seats available for both games, but my guy that lives in Minneapolis says he can get tickets for almost nothing for game in a few weeks in Minneapolis.

Interesting that the Jags get a head start on the Bears by launching Urban Meyer early. Some of the college dudes really get exposed when you take them from having ten of the top high school kids in the country begging to join the team to actually having to outcoach NFL level guys with similar talent.

That said, even the goof ass Jags owner admits an expensive mistake before the McKaskey family, yet another sad reality that tells you this franchise will be stuck in NFL hell unless they finally blow up the entire front office structure.

While I do understand confusing the Jaguars for a college team, someone should have let him know Jacksonville is, in fact, an NFL team..


All that said, Meyer wore out his welcome at Florida and Ohio State, which negates how good of a coach he can be at that level. He’s a good college coach, ok fine. He’s still got to stop being a fucking train wreck of a person to be of any value to any program or franchise that decides to hire him.

I mean, when you’ve got to fake some sort of illness every few years just so you can bounce right before catching heat for something.. or, you’re kicking grown ass men during warmups.. or putting priority after a loss on square dancing with random ho’s in front of your own children while the rest of your team flys back home without you.. at some point, you’ve gotta self reflect and ask yourself ‘am I the asshole here?’

No prediction on the game final but.. I’d like too see some progress and development from both the QB and O-line. Curious to see Jenkins out there for a 2nd game. Would be nice to see this line start to come together at the end of the year. If the Bears solve that issue, and Fields starts to catch on and look better.. there will be so much to look forward to
