I can think of two, similar to Tillman's in effect, but in play-off games so worse for that reason.

Wilbur Marshall in one of the first round losses to Washington in 87 or 88. With about 2 minutes to go and the Bears down, Marshall made a 3rd down stop of a runner. Marshall gets up but for some reason refuses to let go of the runner's leg and starts twisting the leg and dragging the guy. 15 yard personal and 1st down for the Skins. All hope gone for the Bears.
The announcers said he was "frustrated".

In about 1998 with Denver behind and time a problem, Michael Dean Perry should be leaving the field after a 3rd down stop. As the punt teams hustle out Perry gets lazy about 3 yards from the sideline and just meanders around on the field as the ball is snapped. He's the 12th man and the 5 yard penalty gave whoever they were the 1st down they needed to win.

I remember Richard Dent getting 15 yarders on consecutive plays. The side line camera picked up some coach trying to explain what happened to Ditka. Sound picked up, "I don't give a ______, get him the _____ out of there!" Dent went to the sidelines and sat out at least the series.

What did Jiggets do?
