Its time likes this I miss the old ranching/cattle message board I frequented 15 years ago as they did this thread annually it seemed and they definitely had a different perspective on it. I think they would lean more to what they call western/cowboy wing of the genre and refer to most anything made since mid 80's that went mainstream as pop garbage... So they'd fit in well with Midget.. Well.. I mean musically, I don't think their respective reasons for disliking Joe Biden might be a touch different.

I listened to country for years as something to annoy me as I stayed up late nights calving or driving cross country during my college years in the over night hours. In that situation there were stretches where my choices were country, western or some random religious station and sermons from 1963 didn't interested me much.

Don’t take this as a criticism of the quality of recommendations that you tend to make.

But, in any cultural aspect of your life, is there anything that you like that would be considered...popular?

"Just to See You Smile" was always my favorite Tim McGraw song; reminds me of my HS girlfriend. I used to like "It's Your Love" but that was the song I danced with my ex to at our wedding so I don't great feelings about that song anymore.

I’m not going to go back and see when TM made that post but I’m not sure all those things are still popular.
