only thing I can hope is that they stumble and hire a great executive who is able to change everything despite their presence

The McKaskey's need to avoid hiring another dude who looks and thinks like they do, no more nice guy, grab ass, be you, players coach, guys that celebrate every regular season win like they just won the Super Bowl, for those reasons guys like Bowles, Frazier, and McDaniels are better choices because they would come in and challenge the McKaskey mindset.
