And in football you need more help then Jordan did in basketball.

Interesting that all the hosts feel they must, maybe at risk of continued employment, and who better to parrot the boring woke BS that cripples the station. The self appointed "smartest hosts" on the "Thinking fans station", than the two replacement level at best hosts of the afternoon show.

Had the afternoon show on in the background yesterday while prepping steaks for dinner and Hub's segment quickly devolved to the point where Spiegel was dutifully pointing out that Rodgers had one of the books on the woke banned list in his bookcase during an appearance.

One of my guilty pleasures is trying to see which books the goofs are sure to put front and center behind them when they do a hit from home. The way the books are carefully displayed and the angle at which they have the camera is no accident, these people actually feel the need to show the like minded zombies they feel the need to cater to that they do in fact have at least one approved book prominently displayed during said appearance. Regular people usually have family pictures or artwork, but if you watch you will see that for many of the crackpots that are trotted out as experts, they will make sure to show you they are as the self appointed genius, in many ways the Lanny Poffo of the score, Dany Parkins is wont to say, "On the right side of history".

The station is completely irrelevant at this point. Hub's Bears hits are just trial balloons to see how the fandom reacts to whatever spin the McKaskey family wants to put on the failures of the franchise.

You would learn more, be more entertained, and will not feel insulted if you were to listen to Nas and his imaginary show from the Bears Kool-Aide bar.

The response was a fantastic display of fart sniffing. He regrets having said anything because now the other 49 voters - I think he referred to them as his acquaintances & friends - are now forced to comment on his Rodgers hot take. It’s the lame locker room way to no comment a controversy, only in this case, he doesn’t want these reporters & columnists to have to, ummm, opine on something.

The AP or whoever selects these 50 people asks them not to say who they’re voting for pre-award; Hub’s extrapolation was that what they really mean is that they’d rather the voters not say anything at all.

From there, his main takeaway was that if he shouldn’t have said anything in the first place, he’s not going to comment any further on it now. But he’ll be happy to do so after the award is handed out.
