I really wonder where he goes next. Who is going to hire him as an offensive coordinator? Maybe QB coach? He needs to learn under someone, learn to prepare a game plan, learn to how to get a team prepared the week of practice. Learn how to game call....adjust on the fly. Nagy was just not ready in any sense.

They guys they started at C and RG were getting blown off the ball all day long, so unless they were going to run behind the LG they had no chance of getting movement up front, especially out of the shotgun. Nagy and Pace never put much priority on Oline because they apparently thought they were smarter than everyone else and would come up brilliant plays that would have more success than actually lining up in I formation and pounding the ball off RG.

The problem is that the NFL is a game where your large angry guys up front must be able to push the other teams large angry guys up front a foot or two so your back can hit the tiny hole and pick up a yard or two, it is not rocket science, it is drafting and developing guys that can execute basic plays.

As Olin said the team never knew who they were under Nagy, an offense that doesn't have enough faith in its players to line up and knock the other team off the ball will always be severely limited.

Nagy likely is best suited for a grab ass college gig where he can sell his "Be You", BS to high school parents, can already see the ad campaign and T-Shirts..."Come to Nas University where former NFL coach Matt Nagy will let you be you and get you to the NFL".

That's actually a good idea, I could see him trying to rehabilitate his image and burnish his credentials in college.
